TNC is currently seeking a Director of Prospect Development. This position provides planning and oversight for prospect development in the Colorado Chapter. Conducts research and collaborates with fundraising staff to develop strategies for donor cultivation and solicitation. Screens major gift suspects and assigns as appropriate for discovery by staff. Organizes prospect screenings by trustees and volunteers. Compiles and provides briefing documents for use in major donor contact by staff and volunteers. With the Director of Philanthropy, provides strategic planning for the philanthropy program, including but not limited to prospect pipeline, major donors and capitals campaigns.
