Prospect Management Analyst

The Prospect Management Analyst supports Colorado College’s Advancement efforts by conducting thorough and sophisticated research and analysis, prospect identification/ management and preparing well-written reports. Under an account management model, the analyst provides extraordinary customer service and partners with assigned gift officers in managing and analyzing their portfolios, making donor strategy recommendations, and developing critical reports. In this role, the analyst is also responsible for assigning and tracking donors and prospects to ensure effective portfolio and prospect management.

Data Quality Analyst
University of Colorado Foundation

The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for analyzing information and documentation from various sources and completes database record updates accordingly using various tools and software. This position researches and validates incoming data to ensure accuracy and data integrity. This position responds to inquiries and resolves issues related to database for CUF staff, University staff, and donors. This position also actively participates as a member of a team tasked with data quality and consistency.

The successful candidate is highly detail-oriented, well-organized, focused, and goal-oriented with a high level of initiative and energy as well as adept in problem-solving and demonstrating the use of good judgment in situations requiring taking initiative, independent thinking and tact.

This position will report to the Assistant Director of Records Processing. This position is non-exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, and as such is eligible for overtime compensation.

Gift Administrator
University of Colorado Foundation

The Gift Administrator assists with a wide variety of processes and procedures related to philanthropic contributions received and processed by the Foundation for the benefit of the University of Colorado. This position analyzes gift and pledge information and documentation from various sources and updates donors’ records accordingly. This position processes all forms of gifts and commitments through the Foundation’s database, generating records and receipts. This position responds to inquiries and resolves issues related to information in the database for Foundation and University staff as well as donors.

The successful candidate is detail-oriented, well-organized, focused, takes initiative, is experienced in problem-solving and demonstrates the use of good judgment in situations requiring independent thinking and tact.

This position will report to the Director, Gifts & Records Administration. This position is non-exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, and as such it is eligible for overtime compensation.
